Why I’m here at Lucha
I am at Lucha Lunako because I want to contribute to amplified, sectoral-level impact in youth development by ensuring we are understanding and addressing the real root causes of youth unemployability. I am jointly responsible with my co-founders for the strategy and direction of the business, as well as heading up all things finance and B-BBEE related, including helping build our business models and business development. I also oversee the implementation of learnerships and the YES Youth initiatives and play an active role in our psychosocial, entrepreneurial and tertiary bursary workstreams. I sit on the Steercom of the Youth Development Collaboration, which we helped found and support financially, and also assist with the sectoral ecosystem mapping work.
